Daniel works at the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. He holds a PhD in Educational Theory and Policy from The Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Literature from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Daniel is originally from Chile and is a fan of the short-stories of Jorge Luis Borges and José Luis González.
